Wine making update...
We’ve tested the sugar content again with about a 0.2 increase (we’re just over 17 now), so clearly we’ve got at least a week’s wait.
We’ve also done a round of pruning/culling of the less attractive bunches or reducing the number of bunches on some of the more abundantly fruiting vines. This is supposed to be so that the vine’s resources and efforts are concentrated on making the remaining bunches bigger, sweeter, juicier, tastier, whatever.
